Employees Defined As Follows. 1) Regular full-time: Employees who perform bargaining unit work on a full-time basis (37.5 to 40 hours per week) who have successfully completed a probationary period. 2) Regular part-time - 20 hours and over: Employees who perform bargaining unit work on a scheduled basis, for 20 hours or more per week but less than full-time and who have completed a probationary period. 3) Regular part-time - less than 20 hours: Employees who perform bargaining unit work for less than 20 hours per week on a scheduled basis or for a sufficient period of time during each week to demonstrate a substantial and continuing interest in employment.
