Employees hired Before July 1, 2000. Upon retirement under the NH Retirement System, an employee will receive payment for the accrued sick leave balance in his account up to 720 hours (90 days) for full-time employees averaging 37½ hours a week, calculated at the current rate of pay on the day of retirement.
