Employees Hired Or Promoted During 2007 Plan Year. Employees who are hired, or promoted to a Plan-eligible position, after January 1, 2007 and who are selected for Plan participation by the Company will be eligible for a prorated bonus, prorated for the duration of their Plan participation during 2007. Employees hired or promoted to an otherwise Plan-eligible position after October 1, 2007 are not eligible to participate in the Plan.
