Employees Not Required to Report to a Work Location. Employees who are off duty and/or on standby who are required to handle telephone calls and related work remotely shall be paid for the actual time worked. Time worked will be rounded to the nearest quarter hour in which they are on the phone or handling related work. Time spent on non-work related activities shall not be compensated. The amount of callback time will be determined as follows based on actual time worked: 1 to 15 minutes = 15 minutes of callback 16 to 30 minutes = 30 minutes of callback 31 to 45 minutes = 45 minutes of callback 45 to 60 minutes = 60 minutes (1 hour) of callback
