Employee’s Obligation for Notification of Change of Status for Coverage. Employees must inform the Employer of any change which affects the employee’s coverage. This includes change in marital status, and addition or deletion of dependants. The Employer is absolved of any and all responsibility in relation to an employee’s failure to provide change of status information.
