Common use of Employees of Employer Clause in Contracts

Employees of Employer. During Employee's employment with Employer, and for a period of two years following the termination (whether voluntary or involuntary) of Employee's employment with Employer or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (the "Restricted Period"), Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or encourage any Employee of Employer, its subsidiaries or its affiliates to leave the employment of Employer, its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

Employees of Employer. During Employee's employment with Employer, the Employment Period and for a period of two years following the termination (whether voluntary or involuntary) of Employee's ’s employment with Employer or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (the "Restricted Period")Employer, however caused, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit or encourage any Employee of Employer, its subsidiaries or its affiliates to leave the employment of EmployerEmployer or its affiliates any employee of Employer or its affiliates, or hire any such employee who has left the employment of Employer or its subsidiaries affiliates within one year of the termination of such employee’s employment with Employer or its affiliates.
