Employee’s Role The Employee ☐ shall ☐ shall not have the right to act in the capacity of the Employer. This includes, but is not limited to, making written or verbal agreements with any customer, client, affiliate, vendor, or third (3rd) party.
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Association on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. Severance and Retirement Options (a) (i) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 14.02 (a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars.
Employment of Consultant CONSULTANT will perform as an independent contractor all services under this Contract to the prevailing professional standards consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of its profession, both public and private, currently practicing in the same locality under similar conditions, including reasonable, informed judgments and prompt, timely action. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional or national professional standards.
Employee’s Own Illness The start of a leave for the employee's own serious health condition shall begin on the date requested by the employee or designated by Management.
Conduct of Employees and Staff Contractor shall ensure that all of Contractor’s employees and Staff provided under the Contract shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Customer, including but not limited to Rule Chapter 33-208, Florida Administrative Code. The Contractor shall ensure that all Staff and employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress, as may be identified by the Customer.
Government and Service Employees' Union The leave shall be for a period of three years and shall be renewed upon request.
Employees Tools All employees shall present themselves for work with the following tools and shall maintain them in a safe and serviceable condition.
