Common use of Employees Off-Schedule Clause in Contracts

Employees Off-Schedule. An employee beyond Step 20 is considered off- schedule and is not on the salary schedule. All off-schedule assistants shall receive an increase of 2.38% for 2012-13 and 2.9% for 2013-2014 and all off-schedule secretaries shall receive an increase of 2.25% for 2012-2013 and 2.59% for 2013-2014.

Employees Off-Schedule. An employee beyond Step 20 is considered off- off-schedule and is not on the salary schedule. All off-schedule assistants shall receive an increase of 2.381.9% for 20122010-13 2011 and 2.93.94% for 20132011-2014 2012 and all off-schedule secretaries shall receive an increase of 2.251.83% for 20122010-2013 2011 and 2.593.82% for 20132011-20142012.

Employees Off-Schedule. An employee beyond Step 20 is considered off- schedule and is not on the salary schedule. All off-schedule assistants shall receive an increase of 2.38% for 2012-13 13, and 2.9% for 2013-2014 and all off-off- schedule secretaries shall receive an increase of 2.25% for 2012-2013 2013, and 2.59% for 2013-2014. For 2014-2015 school year, the hourly rate of all off- schedule employees shall remain the same as the employee’s prior year’s hourly rate for the first twelve (12) pay periods. Beginning with the 13th paycheck, the hourly rate for all off-schedule assistants and all off-schedule secretaries shall be increased by 1.69%.

All off-schedule assistants shall receive an increase of 2.383.7% for 20122009-13 and 2.9% for 2013-2014 2010 and all off-schedule secretaries shall receive an increase of 2.253.36% for 20122009-2013 and 2.59% for 2013-20142010.

Employees Off-Schedule. An employee beyond Step 20 is considered off- schedule and is not on the salary schedule. All off-schedule assistants shall receive an increase of 2.381.5% for 20122015-13 and 2.92016;1.0% for 20132016-2014 2017; and 1.0% or CPI, whichever is greater, for 2017-2018, and all off-schedule secretaries shall receive an increase of 2.251.5% for 20122015-2013 and 2.592016; 1.0% for 20132016-20142017; and 1.0% or CPI, whichever is greater, for 2017-2018.
