Common use of Employees Required By The Union Clause in Contracts

Employees Required By The Union. (i) The Union shall reimburse the Employer in full for all costs incurred by the Employer to allow for paid time off work for any Employee(s), including Union representative(s), from within the bargaining unit, required by the Union for the purposes of preparation and/or for attendance at any arbitration arising under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, a pro rata application of related benefit and any retirement pay cost(s), if any, incurred by the Employer.
