New Mexico Employees Health Coverage. If Contractor has, or grows to, six (6) or more employees who work, or who are expected to work, an average of at least 20 hours per week over a six (6) month period during the term of the contract, Contractor certifies, by signing this agreement, to have in place, and agrees to maintain for the term of the contract, health insurance for its New Mexico Employees and offer that health insurance to its New Mexico Employees if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between Contractor and the State exceeds $250,000 dollars.

For Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery contracts (statewide or agency price agreements without specific limitations on quantity and providing for an indeterminate number of orders to be placed against them); Contractor agrees those requirements will become applicable on the first day of the second month after Contractor reports its combined sales (to the State and, if applicable, to local public bodies in the event those sales are made pursuant to a statewide or agency price agreement) in the aggregated amount of $250,000 or more.

a) have in place, and agree to maintain for the term of this Agreement, health insurance for those employees and offer that health insurance to those employees no later than July 1, 2008, if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all agreements between the Grantee and the State exceed $1,000,000 or;
b) have in place, and agree to maintain for the term of this Agreement, health insurance for those employees and offer that health insurance to those employees no later than July 1, 2009, if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between the Grantee and the State exceed $500,000 or;
c) have in place, and agree to maintain for the term of this Agreement, health insurance for those employees and offer that health insurance to those employees no later than July 1, 2011, if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between the Grantee and the State exceed $250,000.
