Employees Who Are Exempt From Overtime Scheduling. Employees who are on layoff, vacation, or any leave of absence under this Agreement shall not be subject to any overtime scheduling pursuant to this Clause 16.02, except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 21.11 or Clause 25.13, as applicable.
