Employees Who Are Not Union Members When Agreement Becomes Effective. An employee employed at the time this Agreement becomes effective who is not a member of the Union at such time shall, not later than the 30th day of employment or the effective date of this Agreement, money equal to the initiation fee uniformly charged by the Union to all employees who become members of the Union, unless the employee has, at any previous time, tendered such an amount of money to the Union.
