Employees Who Resign. (a) An employee leaving the employment of the Division prior to the completion of one (1) full year of employment shall be paid vacation entitlement in accordance with Section II (i) of the Vacations With Pay Act.
(b) Employees who resign with proper notice prior to the June 30th vacation calculation date shall be paid vacation entitlement pro rata based on years of continuous completed service in accordance with Article 14.02.
