Employees Whose Regular Schedule Includes Alternate Saturdays But. Not Sundays: When a holiday (except Christmas Eve) falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed in lieu thereof, and Monday only will be the day for which holiday pay will be paid. Christmas Eve shall be observed on the day it falls, with the following exceptions: When it falls on Sunday, it shall be observed on the preceding day, Saturday. When it falls on Wednesday, those scheduled to work the following Saturday shall observe it on the actual day, Wednesday. Those not scheduled to work the following Saturday, shall observe it on Friday, December 26.
