Common use of Employees Working Away from Usual Place of Employment Clause in Contracts

Employees Working Away from Usual Place of Employment. An employee who is temporarily required to work at a place other than the usual place of employment and who is able to return home each night for a period of up to six months will not be disadvantaged, including in relation to any additional cost involved, in line with MPI’s relocation guidelines.
