Transfer Leave a) Employees who are appointed to advertised positions or transferred at the company’s request may be granted up to 2 days leave to assist employees in finding a home in the new locality. It is expected that this leave would normally be taken prior to the Employee commencing in the new position.
b) To assist Employees in moving their home, up to 2 days leave may be taken for packing and unpacking of furniture and household effects and for travel to the new work locality.
Transfer Leave. An employee with a family, who is on transfer at MPI expense, may be granted paid leave to: • visit their family; and • assist with the transfer of family and effects. Such leave may be granted to cover actual travelling time plus two days.
Transfer Leave. 7.16.1 An Employee who transfers from one office to another at the Employer’s request may be granted up to a maximum of five days special leave on pay to visit family in the Employee's former location or to cover transfer of family or effects.
Transfer Leave. Immediately following the completion of a probationary period that does not produce performance changes detailed in the initial notice of deficiencies and improvement program, the employee may be removed from his/her assignment and placed into an alternative assignment for the remainder of the year. This reassignment may not displace another employee nor may it adversely affect the probationary employee’s compensation or benefits for the remainder of the employee’s contract year. If such reassignment is not possible, the District may, as its option, place the employee on paid leave for the balance of the contract term.
Transfer Leave. If an employee who has bought vacation quits, is discharged, or is on medical or personal leave of absence, the vacation account must be balanced at the time of termination of employment to determine whether the employee or the Company is entitled to reimbursement.

Transfer Leave. 47.1 An employee with a family who is on transfer at the General Manager's expense, and in receipt of an accommodation allowance, may be granted permission by the General Manager to visit the employee's family at Xxxxx'x expense.
47.2 An employee with a family, who is on transfer at the General Manager's expense, and in receipt of an accommodation allowance, may be granted paid leave to assist with the transfer of family and effects. Such leave may be granted to cover actual travelling time plus two days.
Transfer Leave. 8.16.1 An employee with a family, who is on transfer at NZQA’s expense, and who is in receipt of accommodation assistance at the new location, may be granted paid leave to assist with the transfer of family and effects. Such leave may be granted to cover actual travelling time plus two days.
8.16.2 An employee with a family who is on transfer at NZQA’s expense, and who is in receipt of accommodation assistance at the new location, may be granted permission by NZQA to visit the employee’s family at NZQA’s expense.

An employee with a family who is on transfer at Ministry expense, and who is in receipt of accommodation assistance at the new location, may be granted permission by the Ministry to visit the employee's family at Ministry expense. An employee with a family, who is on transfer at Ministry expense, and who is in receipt of accommodation assistance at the new location, may be granted paid leave to assist with the transfer of family and effects. Such leave may be granted to cover actual travelling time plus two days.
Transfer Leave. The duration of transfer leave shall be as follows:
(i) Unmarried Officer - Seven (7) calendar days paid leave
(ii) Married Officer - Ten (10) calendar days paid leave
(iii) For transfer from East Malaysia to West Malaysia and vice-versa - Fourteen (14) calendar days paid
