Common use of Employer Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Employer Benefit Plans. While in the employ of the Company, Executive shall be eligible to participate, on terms which are generally available to the other senior executives of the Company and subject to the eligibility requirements of the applicable Company plans as in effect from time to time, in the Company's deferred compensation, medical, dental, vacation and disability programs and other benefits that may become generally available to the Company's senior executives from time to time.
