Employer Liability Policy. For the term of the insurance policy currently in effect, the District will provide excess liability coverage for an employee's vehicle while it is being used in the scope and course of the employee's assigned duties. The limits of liability insurance carried by the individual employee must be exhausted in order to trigger insurance coverage. District insurance will not provide coverage for physical damage to employee's vehicles.
