Employer Notification/Posting. ‌ Where the Employer is required under the terms of this collective agreement to post any information for the attention of the employees, the Employer at its sole discretion, may instead e- mail the information to the employees at their worksite e-mail address.

The employer further agrees to provide a copy of said posting or notification to all employees who do not have access to e-mail.
