Employer Terminating - Daily Penalties. Where an employer gives notice in accordance with Clause 34. - Termination of Employment all monies due shall be paid at termination; where this is not practicable the employer shall forward the monies due by registered post within two working days of termination and shall pay waiting time up to the time of posting at the rate of eight hours' ordinary time per day up to a maximum of one week's pay.
