Common use of EMPLOYER'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYER'S AUTHORITY. Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Company as adopted by the Company's President or Chief Executive Officer or by the Company's board of directors respecting the performance of his duties and to carry out and perform orders, directions and policies communicated to him from time to time.

EMPLOYER'S AUTHORITY. Employee EMPLOYEE agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Company CORPORATION as adopted by the Company's President CORPORATION'S Board of Directors, either orally or Chief Executive Officer or by the Company's board of directors in writing, respecting the performance of his duties duties, and to carry out and to perform orders, directions and policies communicated stated by the CORPORATION to him from time to time, either orally or in writing.

Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Company as adopted by the Company's President or Chief Executive Officer or by the Company's board of directors respecting the performance of his duties and to carry out and perform orders, directions and policies communicated to him from time to time.

Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Company as adopted by the Company's President Employer, either orally or Chief Executive Officer or by the Company's board of directors in writing, respecting the performance of his Employee's duties and to carry out and to perform orders, directions and policies communicated stated by Employer to him Employee, from time to time, either orally or in writing.
