Common use of EMPLOYER'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYER'S AUTHORITY. The relationship between the parties hereto is that of employer and employee. The Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Bank, as adopted by the Bank from time to time with respect to the performance of the duties of the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that he has no authority to enter into any contracts or other obligations that are binding upon the Bank unless such contracts or obligations are authorized by the Board of Directors. The Bank shall have the power to direct, control and supervise the duties to be performed by the Employee, the manner of performing said duties, and the time of performing said duties.
