Employer’s Direction as to Benefit Design. Employer shall direct Claim Administrator as to the terms and scope of benefits under the Plan and such directions shall be documented in a benefit matrix, highlight sheets, and similar documentation (collectively, “Matrix”), and the ASO BPA. Employer agrees that Claim Administrator shall process Claims in accordance with the Matrix and the ASO BPA. Employer agrees Claim Administrator may rely on the most current version of the Matrix and the ASO BPA as the authorized document that governs administration of Employer’s Plan under this Agreement and will prevail in the event of any conflict with any other electronic or paper file.
