' Compensation & Employer's Liability The Service Provider shall maintain during the life of this Agreement for all of the Service Provider's employees engaged in work performed under this agreement:
Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.
Joint and individual liability and benefits Except as otherwise set out in this agreement, any agreement, covenant, representation or warranty under this agreement by two or more persons binds them jointly and each of them individually, and any benefit in favour of two or more persons is for the benefit of them jointly and each of them individually.
REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. PARTIES: The Fort Xxxxx School District 100, Party of the First Part, and XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX Party of the Second Part, agree as follows:
Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance for all of its employees performing any portion of the Services. In accordance with provisions of section 3700 of the California Labor Code, the Contractor shall be required to secure workers’ compensation coverage for its employees. If any class of employee or employees engaged in performing any portion of the Services under this Agreement are not protected under the Workers’ Compensation Statute, adequate insurance coverage for the protection of any employee(s) not otherwise protected must be obtained before any of those employee(s) commence performing any portion of the Services.
Employees' Compensation The Consultant shall be solely responsible for the following:
WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability The Contractor shall have, maintain, and provide proof of Workers’ Compensation insurance.
