Employers Obligation Conditions. The Employer shall make all reasonable provisions for the health and safety of the employees during working hours. The Union and the Employer agree that regulations made pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act or any other statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the working environment will be fully complied with.
