EMPLOYERS Obligation to Xxxxxxx. The EMPLOYER must report to the District Council the start and/or re-start of any job to the Shop Xxxxxxx before EMPLOYEES are sent to said job. The EMPLOYERS must submit to the Shop Xxxxxxx, “weekly,” a report listing all current jobs, current EMPLOYEES and termination of EMPLOYEES.
