Common use of Employment and Consideration Clause in Contracts

Employment and Consideration. Employer hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. In consideration of the promises of Executive contained in this Agreement, Employer agrees to employ Executive, and to provide Executive with confidential information of Employer necessary for the performance of Executive’s position.
