Common use of Employment Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Employment Arrangements. Company shall have terminated, and caused each shareholder of Company that has an existing employment agreement with Company to have terminated his or her employment agreement with Company and shall have executed an employment agreement ("Employment Agreement") with the Practice in form and substance attached hereto as EXHIBIT 7.8 and otherwise satisfactory to Company and Pentegra.

Employment Arrangements. Company shall have terminated, and caused each shareholder of Company that has an existing employment agreement with Company to have terminated his or her employment agreement with Company and shall have executed an a mutually acceptable employment agreement ("Employment Agreement") with the Practice Practice, which may be in the form and substance attached hereto as EXHIBIT 7.8 and otherwise satisfactory to Company and Pentegra.

Company shall have terminated, and caused each shareholder of Company that has an existing employment agreement with Company to have terminated his or her employment agreement with Company and shall have executed an a mutually agreeable employment agreement ("Employment Agreement") with the Practice Practice, which may be in the form and substance attached hereto as EXHIBIT 7.8 and otherwise satisfactory to Company and Pentegra.

Employment Arrangements. Company shall have terminated, or assigned to the Practice, each employment agreement between the Company and caused each shareholder of Company that has an existing Company, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, D.D.S. and any shareholder for which the employment agreement with Company to have terminated his or her employment agreement with between the Company and such shareholder is terminated rather than assigned to the Practice, shall have executed an a mutually agreeable employment agreement ("Employment Agreement") with the Practice which may be in the form and substance attached hereto as EXHIBIT 7.8 and otherwise satisfactory to Company and Pentegra.
