Common use of Employment by the Company Clause in Contracts

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during the Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive shall serve as an executive of the Company and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as the Company may determine from time to time.

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during the Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive shall serve as an executive President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as the Company may determine Board from time to timetime and which are commonly performed by CEO/Presidents of similar sized companies conducting similar business, such as, but not limited to, corporate planning and oversight of the financial, marketing, research and other vital functions of the organization.

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during the Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive shall serve as an executive Executive Chairman of the Company and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by report to the Board of Directors of the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as (the Company may determine from time to time“Board”).

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during the Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive shall serve as an executive the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall have such duties report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). Executive shall also serve as may an officer and director of the Company, and any of the Company’s subsidiaries and controlled affiliates upon the request of the Board without additional compensation except with respect to his role as Chief Executive Officers of the Company which relationship shall be prescribed governed by the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as the Company may determine from time to timeterms hereof.

Executive shall serve as an executive President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by report to the Board of Directors of the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as the Chairman thereof. In addition, throughout Executive’s employment hereunder, the Company may determine from time shall cause Executive to timebe nominated to be a director of the Company.

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during for the Agreement Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive shall serve as an executive Executive Vice-President, Mass Market and Product Acquisition, of the Company and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by the Company and shall serve are set forth in such other and/or additional position(s) as the Company may determine from time to time.Schedule A.

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by Company for the Company during the Agreement Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall serve as an executive Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Company and be responsible for the general management of the operations of Company, and serve as Chairman of Company's Operating Committee. Executive shall be elected or appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Company ("Board") and shall have continue to serve as such duties as may be prescribed by for the Company and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as balance of the Company may determine from time to timeAgreement Term.

Employment by the Company. Executive agrees to be employed by the Company during the Term of this Agreement upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreementherein. Executive shall serve as an executive the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company and shall have such duties as may be prescribed by report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and shall serve in such other and/or additional position(s) as Chief Executive Officer of the Company may determine from time to timeCompany.
