Employment Consultant (EC. The minimum salary paid to an EC providing services under this contract shall be no less than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) per year. Contractors must utilize the ESS-A-005 — Contractor Staff and Training Form to indicate training received by each EC working under this contract at the start of the contract year, and with the mid-year report on January 31st. Within six (6) months from the hire date, the EC must be certified by completing the DRS Employment Consultant Training course as provided by OU-NCDET.
