Common use of Employment Duties and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Employment Duties and Acceptance. (a) The Company hereby employs the Employee, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), to render full-time services to the Company as Chief Executive Officer and to perform such duties commensurate with such office or other office as the Employee shall reasonably be directed by the Company to perform. The Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described above. The Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).

The Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described above. The Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).

The Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render may pursue other business ventures provided they do not (x) materially interfere with his duties hereunder or, (y) compete, directly or indirectly, with the services described above. The Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described above. The Employee shall report to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”)Company.
