Common use of Employment Duties and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1 The Company hereby employs the Employee, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), to render full-time services to the Company, and to perform such duties, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company shall reasonably direct Employee to perform. The Employee's initial title shall be Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, and he initially shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, unless and until the Chief Executive Officer shall change such title or reporting relationship, in his or her sole discretion.
