Common use of Employment Duties and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1. Effective as of February 25, 2008 the Company hereby agrees to the continued employment of Executive as its Chief Executive Officer hereby accepts such continued employment on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall make himself available during regular business hours to the Company to pursue the business of the Company subject to the supervision and direction of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board” or “Board of Directors”).
