Employment Eligibility; Failure to Comply. Each person executing this Agreement on behalf of Contractor verifies that they are a duly authorized officer of Contractor, and understands that any of the following shall be grounds for the City to terminate the Agreement for cause: (1) failure of Contractor or its subcontractors, sub- subcontractors or consultants to meet any of the requirements provided for in Sections 3.2.10.1 or 3.2.10.2; (2) any misrepresentation or material omission concerning compliance with such requirements (including in those verifications provided to the Contractor under Section 3.2.10.2); or (3) failure to immediately remove from the Project any person found not to be in compliance with such requirements.
