Common use of Employment Eligibility; Failure to Comply Clause in Contracts

Employment Eligibility; Failure to Comply. Each person executing this Agreement on behalf of Contractor verifies that they are a duly authorized officer of Contractor, and understands that any of the following shall be grounds for the City to terminate the Agreement for cause: (1) any misrepresentation or material omission concerning compliance with such requirements (including in those verifications provided to the Contractor under Section 3.2.10); or (3) failure to immediately remove from the Project any person found not to be in compliance with such requirements.

Each person executing this Agreement Contract on behalf of Contractor verifies that they are a duly authorized officer of Contractor, and understands that any of the following shall be grounds for the City to terminate the Agreement Contract for cause: (1) failure of Contractor or its subcontractors, sub-subcontractors or consultants to meet any of the requirements provided for in Sections 3.16.1 or 3.16.2; (2) any misrepresentation or material omission concerning compliance with such requirements (including in those verifications provided to the Contractor under Section 3.2.103.16.2); or (3) failure to immediately remove from the Project any person found not to be in compliance with such requirements.
