Common use of Employment; Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Employment; Employment Term. Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Company hereby agrees to retain the services of Executive and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to faithfully and diligently serve as directed by the Board, and in accordance with this Agreement, commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until terminated pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement (the “Employment Term”).
