Employment; Employment Term. Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Company hereby agrees to retain the services of Executive and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to faithfully and diligently serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) in accordance with this Agreement, commencing on the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement, continuing until the close of business on the three (3) year anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Term”).
