Common use of Employment Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Employment Exclusive. Executive shall not, during the Employment -------------------- Term, own any interest (other than up to 1% of the voting securities of a publicly traded corporation) in, render financial assistance to, or offer personal services (for payment or otherwise), to any entity or individual that competes with the Company in Company Business (as defined below) or that is a material supplier of the Company. In addition, Executive shall not engage in any activity which would interfere with the performance of Executive's services to the Company. "COMPANY BUSINESS" means the Company's business as it is currently conducted and any other business activity in which the Company is engaged at any time during Executive's employment with the Company.
