EMPLOYMENT EXIT PROVISIONS. 3.1 This agreement envisages that subsequent to its commencement, the identity of the provider of the Services (or any part of the Services) may change (whether as a result of termination of this agreement or otherwise) resulting in a transfer of the Services in whole or in part to the Authority, a Replacement Service Provider or Replacement Service Providers (a “Subsequent Relevant Transfer”) with effect from the Subsequent Service Transfer Date. It is acknowledged that such a transfer may amount to a Relevant Transfer.
