Common use of EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in this Plan, or any modification or amendment to the Plan, or in the creation of any Account, or the payment of any benefit, gives any Employee, Participant or Beneficiary any right to continue employment, any legal or equitable right against the Employer, the Plan Administrator, the Trustee, any other Employee of the Employer, or any agents thereof except as expressly provided by the Plan.

EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in this the Plan or in any other plan which is a part of the Plan, or any modification or amendment to the this Plan, or in the creation of any Accountaccount, or the payment of any benefit, gives any EmployeeParticipant, Participant former Participant, Covered Persons, or Beneficiary his/her beneficiaries any right to continue employment, any legal or equitable right against the EmployerPlan Sponsor, its agents, or against the Plan Administrator, the Trustee, any other Employee of the Employer, or any agents thereof except as expressly provided by the this Plan.
