Common use of Employment of Aliens Clause in Contracts

Employment of Aliens. Contractor shall employ only U.S. citizens and aliens who are legally permitted to hold employment in the United States. In the event Contractor employs persons who are not citizens of the United States of America, Contractor shall take every reasonable effort to assure that the laws and regulations governing employment of aliens are complied with and that their visa status is in perfect order in accordance with the requirements of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the U.S.A.
