Employment of Executive Employer hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be and remain in the employ of Employer, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Employment and Duties (a) The Company hereby employs Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As such, Executive shall have responsibilities, duties and authority reasonably accorded to, expected of, and consistent with Executive's position as, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). Executive hereby accepts this employment upon the terms and conditions herein contained and, subject to paragraph 1(c), agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, attention and efforts to promote and further the business of the Company.
Term of Employment and Duties (a) The Bank hereby employs the Executive as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, and the Executive hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Bank on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be and remain in effect during the period beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Date, plus such extensions, if any, as are provided pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof (the “Employment Period”).
Employment, Position and Duties (a) The Company shall employ Executive and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the Employment Period.
Employment Terms and Duties 1.1 The Corporation hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to provide services for the Corporation as its Executive Vice President, Operations. The Executive shall serve as and perform the duties of Executive Vice President, Operations of the Corporation during the Term (defined hereinafter) of this Agreement.
Employment Term and Duties Section 1.1.
Duties of Executive Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Corporation and of the Bank reporting only to the Boards of Directors of the Corporation and the Bank. Executive shall have such other duties and hold such other titles as may be given to him from time to time by the Boards of Directors of the Corporation and the Bank provided that such duties are consistent with the Executive’s position as Chief Executive Officer and President.
Duties of Employment (a) During the Term, Employee’s position (including status, offices, titles and reporting requirements), authority, duties and responsibilities shall be at least commensurate in all material respects with the most significant of those held, exercised and assigned at any time during the ninety (90)-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date and Employee’s services shall be performed at such location as Employee shall determine.
Employment Duties The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Term (as defined in Section 2.1), to render exclusive and full-time services to the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer or in such other executive position as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Executive, and to perform such other duties consistent with such position as may be assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors or any officer of the Company senior to the Executive.
Employment of Employee (a) Except as provided in Sections 2(b), 2(c) and 2(d), nothing in this Agreement shall affect any right which Employee may otherwise have to terminate Employee’s employment, nor shall anything in this Agreement affect any right which the Company may have to terminate Employee’s employment at any time in any lawful manner.
