Common use of Employment of Foreign Workers Clause in Contracts

Employment of Foreign Workers. Where the Supplier is undertaking any work and/or services on behalf of the Customer, the Supplier undertakes not to employ or use any labour in contravention of the requirements of The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 and indemnifies the Customer against any claim, dispute, consequence or responsibility in the use of such labour.
