Common use of Employment of Professionals Clause in Contracts

Employment of Professionals. The Company may employ such brokers, agents, accountants, attorneys, and other advisors as the Manager may determine to be appropriate for the Company’s business. The Company may employ Affiliated or unaffiliated service providers as necessary or convenient to facilitate the operations of the Company. Alternatively, the Manager may elect to provide such services to the Company using its own in-house personnel. Any such services provided by the Manager, or its Affiliates, will be compensated for at reasonable commercial rates.
