Specific Powers of Trustee. Subject to the provisions of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon it by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or any statutory laws of the State of Delaware; provided that the enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement and to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to conserve and protect the Trust Assets or to confer on the Beneficiaries the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement:
Specific Powers of Trustee. Subject to the limitations contained in this Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall have, in addition to any powers conferred by any other provision of this Trust Agreement, the power to take any and all actions as, in the sole discretion of the Trustee, are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purpose of the Trust, including the following specific powers:

Specific Powers of Trustee. In addition to all powers vested in the Trustee by law, and not limiting the Settlor’s intention that the Trustee have the widest powers possible to administer the Trust, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers which are exercisable in its discretion:

Subject to the provisions herein, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon it by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or applicable law; provided, however, that enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose of the U.S. Distribution Trust and to confer on the U.S. Trust Beneficiaries, the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement:
Specific Powers of Trustee. Subject to the provisions herein, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon it by any other Section or provision of this Agreement of Trust; provided, however, that enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose of the Liquidating Trust or to confer on the Beneficiaries the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement.
Specific Powers of Trustee. Subject to the limitations set out in this Litigation Trust Agreement and the provisions of the Plan and the Confirmation Order, the Trustee shall have in addition to any powers conferred upon him by any other Section or provision of this Litigation Trust Agreement, the power to take any and all actions as, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustee, are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purpose of the Trust, including the following specific powers:

Subject to the provisions of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon it by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or any statutory laws of the State of Colorado; provided that the enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement and to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to conserve and protect the Trust Assets or to confer on the Beneficiaries the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement:

Subject to the provisions herein, the Trustee shall have the following specific powers in addition to any powers conferred upon it by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or applicable law; provided, however, that enumeration of the following powers shall not be considered in any way to limit or control the power of the Trustee to act as specifically authorized by any other Section or provision of this Agreement or to act in such a manner as the Trustee may deem necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose of the Canada Distribution Trust and to confer on the Canada Trust Beneficiaries, the benefits intended to be conferred upon them by this Agreement:
Specific Powers of Trustee. Subject to the limitations contained in this Trust Agreement, the Trustee shall have, in addition to any powers conferred by any other provision of this Trust Agreement, the power to take any and all actions as, in the sole discretion of the Trustee, are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the Trust, including the following specific powers: To retain all or any assets constituting part of the Trust Fund, to hold legal title to property of the Trust in the name of the Trust, to invest or reinvest funds of the Trust only as provided in 12 and to cause such investments of any part of the Trust Fund to be registered and held in its name, as Trustee, or in the names of nominees. To maintain appropriate books and records relating to the Trust and the Trust Fund detailing the acts and transactions of the Trustee. To initiate, prosecute, defend, supervise, direct, compromise or settle any claim, demand, action or proceeding relating to the Trust or this Trust Agreement, and in connection therewith, at the Trustee's discretion, to retain/utilize and employ such agents, adjusters and professionals (including professionals affiliated with the Trustee, the Company or any Beneficiary) and to confer upon them such authority as the Trustee may deem expedient to carry out its duties hereunder, and to pay reasonable compensation therefor from the Trust Fund.
