Employment of the Broker. The Owner hereby employs the Broker to exclusively lease, manage, maintain, and operate the property(ies) described below.
Employment of the Broker. Owner hereby employs the Broker as Owner's sole and exclusive Broker to rent, manage, maintain and operate the realty described in Paragraph 2 and in any addendum to this Agreement. Owner further grants to the Broker the right of possession in and to this Property for the purpose of this Agreement.
