Common use of Employment of the Executive Clause in Contracts

Employment of the Executive. 3.1 The Corporation wishes to employ at the Effective Date the Executive as President and COO ("Chief Operations Officer") and the Executive wishes to be employed at the Effective Date by the Corporation on the terms and conditions set forth herein. 3.2 The Executive shall report directly to the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO").
