EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. During and in relation to the performance of this Agreement, XXXXXXXXXX agrees as follows: A. During The Developer, on behalf of itself and in relation its successors and assigns, hereby agrees, and shall contractually obligate its or their various contractors, subcontractors or any Affiliate of the Developer operating on the Property (collectively, with the Developer, the "Employers" and individually an "Employer") to agree, that for the performance Term of this Agreement, XXXXXXXXXX agrees as followsAgreement with respect to Developer and during the period of any other party's provision of services in connection with the construction of the Project or occupation of the Property: A.
