Common use of Employment Period; Duties and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Employment Period; Duties and Responsibilities. (a) Executive’s employment hereunder shall continue in effect unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article II of this Agreement. The period during which Executive is employed by the Company hereunder is hereinafter referred to as the “Employment Period”. During the Employment Period, Executive will (i) serve as of the Company, and (ii) report directly to the President and CEO of the Company (the “President and CEO”). Executive acknowledges that Executive’s employment is “at will”; and that his employment may be terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for any reason or for no reason, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Executive acknowledges that Executive’s employment is “at will”; and that his employment may be terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for any reason or for no reason, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

The period during which Executive is employed by the Company hereunder is hereinafter referred to as the “Employment Period”. During the Employment Period, Executive will (i) serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and (ii) report directly to the President and CEO of the Company (the “President and CEO”). Executive acknowledges that Executive’s employment is “at will”; and that his employment may be terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for any reason or for no reason, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
