Common use of Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third third* anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date June 30, 2003 (the "Employment PeriodTerm").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive ----------------- Officer in its employ, and the Executive Officer hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third first anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this AgreementCompany, for the period commencing on the Effective Change of Control Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the third anniversary of such date date, or (b) the Executive's Normal Retirement Date (hereinafter the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company and to continue to serve as an officer of Unisys subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "“Employment Period"”).

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to ------------------ continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of eighteen months after such date (the "Employment Period"). In addition, the Company hereby agrees to nominate the Executive for election to the Board of Directors of the Company for a three-year term expiring in 2000.
